IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

  • The best value is to check-in and out at 10 am. We insist on sticking to these times as our schedule is built around routine and enjoyment for our guests. If you are late, you will, unfortunately, have to come back at our next check-in time.
  • The daily rate is for a 24 hour period from 10 am – 10 am. If you check out at 10 am, there is no charge for that day. However, if you wish to check out at 6 pm an extra daily charge applies.
  • We do not open on Sunday mornings. A half-day rate will apply if you check-in at 6 pm on a Sunday as there is no option to check in at 10 am.
  • Peak Season: 1st June – 31st August,  20th Dec – 6th January, and all Bank Holiday weekends (Friday to Monday inclusive).
  • For Summer Peak Season (1 June-31 August), suites and cabins must be block booked for a minimum of 4 days mid-week (Monday 10am-Friday 10am) or for a minimum of 3 days for a weekend (Friday 10am-Monday 10am). Bank Holiday weekends must be block booked Friday 10am-Tuesday 10am. Please see our News section HERE
  • On busy days, we might ask that you check in your cat earlier, between 9:30 and 10 so that we facilitate all our guests without rushing. We will notify you by text if this is an option.
  • Christmas Stays – all guests must be checked in by 10 am on the 23rd of December. We do not have any check-in or out on the 24th and 25th of December. We re-open again at 10 am on the 26th.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policies

Please book in via our website. For your cat’s first stay, you will be requested to create an account. Once created you will be able to check booking details, payment history, vaccination history and request changes to bookings. Please try to upload a photo of your cat when you create the account as we print a guest profile before your cat arrives and it’s great to have the photo included.

Deposit

When you receive your booking confirmation email, you will be asked to pay 30% deposit to secure your desired dates. We use Stripe payments. A payment request button will be at the bottom of the booking confirmation email. To secure your cat’s space, this 30% payment must be made within 3 days of receipt of the booking confirmation email. If you DO NOT wish to go ahead with the booking you don’t need to do anything, as it will automatically cancel off the system after 3 days. 

Cancellation Policy

If your booking is during our Peak Season it must be cancelled 28 days before check in date to receive a refund of the 30% deposit.
During Off Peak times you must cancel 14 days before check in date to receive a refund of the 30% deposit. Please get in touch today if you need to cancel.

Paying the Balance

5 DAYS before your cat’s check-in date, you will receive an email informing you that the balance is now due. To make this payment, please log into ‘My Account’ and pay the outstanding balance for the relevant booking. If you would like to pay the balance with cash you can do so when you are checking your cat in.  We do not have a card machine, so all electronic payments can be made by logging into ‘My Account’.
